- Automatic Tensioning: The KX Series automatically adjusts thread tension by analyzing stitch type, stitch length, and machine speed. [Time saving]
- Adjustable Presser Foot: The re-designed presser foot is raised or lowered automatically to fit different fabrics and thicknesses by project.
- Slim Cylinder Bed: Features a reduced cylinder bed size for easier embroidery on challenging items like small pockets and socks. And allows cap embroidery closer to the brim.

Dual function machines give you the unique ability to run your entire machine like a traditional 15 needle multi-head OR split its operation into acting as TWO SEPARATE machines.
For example, on the SWF/KE-UH1508D-45 you can run all the same design on a work shirt or have 4 heads addressing the shirts and the OTHER 4 heads embroidering caps, bags or some other job altogether on a totally different logo!
And if there is a thread break or hooping issue on any head, only that ½ of the machine will stop for maintenance or repair.
The combination of this business flexibility and maintenance isolation makes Dual function industrial embroidery machines demonstrably up to 25% faster than any other traditional multi-head in the world!
