Profitability is the reason for buying a DTF Printer

So, What Makes DigitalHeat Fx Different ?

Faster Printing - With Multiple Industrial Print Heads!

The DigitalHeat FX DTF printer range uses a multi-printhead design that lays down the artwork colours first, then applies the perfect amount of white underbase on top in accurate alignment. This helps prevent unwanted white edges from peeking out, keeping the finished transfer clean, sharp and professional.

Because the alignment happens on the smooth PET film, rather than directly on the textured surface of the garment, the design edge stays crisp before it is heat pressed onto the fabric. This creates a sharp, detailed finish that can be difficult to achieve when printing directly onto uneven garment surfaces.

Includes Print Optimizer Rip Software

As part of a Digital HeatFX system, which includes the Print Optimizer software, you will have ultimate control over the ink laydown. If you are doing blended gradients you can dial in the color accuracy
on a per-channel basis.

If you are doing single color logos on white shirts, you can dial down the ink flow and put just the right amount of ink to make the shirt pop without ink waste.

Heated Print Pathway!

The DigitalHeat FX DTF printer range also uses a heated print path that begins the drying process immediately after printing. This helps the white ink layer become dry to the touch, ready to receive the specialised powder adhesive coating.

How Our Production Process Works

Touchscreen Powder Control

Automatic and manual powder settings give operators more control over the adhesive process, helping save time, reduce waste and keep production running smoothly.

Film Guide Powder Saver

Designed to keep film moving cleanly through the system, the built-in guide helps reduce powder loss and supports more efficient adhesive coverage.

Consistent Top & Bottom Drying

Top and bottom heating elements help cure DTF transfers faster and more consistently, while touchscreen control supports efficient operation using only 67% of maximum power.

Cleaner Built-In Extraction

Integrated fume extraction helps filter and manage fumes during curing, reducing extra equipment requirements and keeping the DTF workflow more contained.

Large DTF printer print area

Roll-to-Roll Film Production

Continuous PET film printing supports longer runs, smoother workflow and efficient movement from print to powder, cure and press.

Bright DTF printed transfers

Multiple Designs in One Run

Print several transfers together on the same film roll, making it easier to batch jobs, reduce wasted space and improve production efficiency.
