Just a quick email to say thank you for delivering our new SWF (E+)-UH204C-45 (compact) machine so swiftly.
Wow, we thought we had a good machine previously in our other 4 head, but our new E+ Series machine is fantastic. This new machine is not only quieter, but smaller, smoother, runs faster, and the stitch quality and flatness of the finished embroidered item is wonderful.
I must say that I am glad that I have chosen SWF again for my next purchase and it was well worth paying more for quality..
Thanks again to all of your team, and I hope that we can look at changing over our other embroidery machine to a new one shortly.
Thanks Again, a very Satisfied SWF Customer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I though I
would just thank you and your team for an extremely timely and efficient
installation of our new dual function embroidery machine. Special thanks
to Glen for his help and wisdom.
As you are
aware this has increased our capacity by 50% and not a moment too soon with the
machine being in full time operation from day one. Sarah even managed to
remember how to use it after our two week Christmas shutdown.
Thanks once
again it is always a pleasure dealing with Your Embroidery Services.
We would like to compliment YES on the helpful service upon our
introduction to SWF embroidery machinery. As a well established
manufacturer of some 22 years, we feel in a knowledgeable position to
make comment.
Having had experience of American and Japanese's
machine manufactures and their respective agents customer support we
would have no hesitation in recommending YES to any prospective
customer.
I would just like to say that we have found our SWF
machines to be both reliable and robust in withstanding the rigours of
our heavy industrial usage. All of your YES team members have been
both helpful with advice and have responded quickly to our needs
whenever we needed any service or support even here in Scotland..
We
look forward to changing our other machines and increasing our SWF
plant secure in the knowledge of the continued support to our business
from YES.
Keep up the good work.

For
the past 3 years we have been producing our T-shirts using a plotter,
vinyl and transfers. As our business levels grew we found that the
labour intensive process of setting up, cutting, weeding and pressing
was consuming man hours to the point that our profit margins were
totally eaten away on some jobs.
We needed a solution that could
print nearly fifty different designs totalling well in excess of 100+
shirts a day. We werent willing to sacrifice quality and we didnt want
to break the bank on one piece of equipment. We contacted distributors
for all of the direct-to-garment printers in the UK and took time to
view them all in operation.
Out of all of the printers we viewed
we found the DTG HM-1 to be faster than anything any other manufacturer
could provide for less than £60k. Even with its speed, the HM-1 would
have been useless if the print quality couldnt match its speed. YES
worked with us to provide a complete package that provided the print
quality and speed we needed on the garments we wanted to use.
Weve
now been using the DTG HM-1 for a while and found the speed, quality
and reliability to be everything we hoped for. Now we only need one
member of staff to produce our T-shirts where before we needed 3.
I would like to say a big thank you for all of your help and commitment given to use form Y.E.S Ltd.
IPE
print and embroidery have been established for over 18 years and in
that time we have worked with a variety of suppliers and have had a
variety of Japanese manufactured machines.
When our business
restructured in 2006 we moved to additional premises and needed a new
embroidery machine to run along side our large screen print set up to
create a fast turnaround "one stop shop" operation.
We were
attracted to the SWF machine because of running speed, easy set up and
value for money. We purchased our first 6 head (SWF/E-UH1206C-45) from
YES on 12th February 2007, they installed it, gave training on how to
use it and how to maintain the machine. All this over a 2-3 day period.
It has run 12 hours a day since installation, without any
problems and we have since purchased another identical machine to keep
up with our production.
The SWF is a very good machine for the price and YES are always on hand for service and consumables.
Here
at Scotcrest ltd we are the largest embroidery company in Scotland with
factorys in Alva (Nr Stirling) and Coatbridge (Nr Glasgow). By
offering consistently high quality products and service, we have grown
dramatically since our formation in 1994.
We have invested in
many different brands of embroidery machines over the years and we
always look to get the latest and most innovative technology available
for our business needs and we installed our 1st SWF machine in Aug
2003.
We have invested in 4 of the latest models of 8-head
machines within the last 24 months. One of the latest machines to be
added was a new SWF Dual function 8-head (4x4) giving us more
flexibility and increased productivity in the business.
Here at
Scotcrest I believe that by always having the latest equipment we can
keep our stitch quality at the highest standard. This combined with the
after sales service from Y.E.S Ltd, has secured our position as the
largest commission embroidery company in Scotland.
I
would like to take the time to thank you for the years of great service
we have had from you all. We are very happy with our latest addition
of the 4-head SWF Machine to our existing plant, giving us 4 SWF
machines in total.
They are great work horses and have paid for
themselves many times over. We have only needed an engineer out twice
in 5 years, once to service them and once to install the latest 4 head,
and on both occasions your technical services have done a great job.
Any
other problems we have had have been handled over the phone, whether
with the embroidery software (cheers Steve!) or (switching a embroidery
head of by mistake).
Thanks again for all the great advice we have had, from our start up to full production. Keep up the good work.
