In our commitment to service we are now putting the answers to some common software questions on this site. It means that they will be accessible all of the time whether or not our offices are open. All of the documents, where appropriate, show screen shots so you will know what to look for. If you cannot see your question, please contact our office.

All of the documents are in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format so you will need Acrobat Reader to access the files. If you do not have this program you can download by clicking on the icon below. We will indicate at the side of each question the number of pages required to print out the answer. If you do not want to print the document out straightway simply save the file to your computer for future reference.
